Double Digits

Joe had his 2 month well baby check up today. He weighed in at 11 pounds, 13 ounces and was 23 1/4 inches long. His height and weight are proportionate and he's right at the 50th percentile for both weight and height (a dietitian's dream!) Unfortunately, he had to get 3 shots. The shots have put him in quite a mood, but he's been a trooper. He cried for a couple of seconds after each one, but then went back to sleep. Our doctor, who I refer to as Mary Poppins (she carries a basket around with all her gadgets in it), said everything looks great and she'll see him in 2 more months.
